Something is missing from my order
To help resolve the issue can you please provide the following:
• A picture of the invoice in the box.
• A picture of the shipping box (we’re looking for damage).
• A picture of the items that came in the box.
From this, we can get you the missing items asap and figure out why the item was not included.
My package came damaged
We are sorry to hear you received your products in an unacceptable condition. Please contact us through the link below and include photos of how the box arrived and of your products. From there we can help to file a claim and work on getting replacements sent out.
The wrong item was sent
To help resolve the issue can you please provide the following:

• A picture of the incorrectly sent items
From this, we can get you the replacement items asap and figure out why the correct item was not included.
